This three-day series has been designed specifically with valuable information, skills and techniques for newer managers, supervisors, and employees seeking to advance into their first leadership role. This series includes a one-year subscription, through Indaba Global to the new DISCflex(tm) Business Behaviors online program. Based on the online DISCflex(tm) assessment, which includes third party input, this talent development tool will generate a full-blown business behavior report for each class participant that includes third-party feedback and up to 20 hours of e-learning to assist with behavioral awareness and skill development. During the year, each participant will be able to take the DISCflex(tm) assessment once and receive this feedback and additional training.
