This two-day program provides the hands-on knowledge it takes to successfully execute projects of all sizes. A balanced mix of lecture, group exercises, and a project case study are used to illustrate the tools and develop the skills necessary to manage a project from beginning to end. Particular emphasis is placed on defining the customer's requirements and building a realistic schedule. The tools and principles taught in this program are in alignment on the Project Management Institute’s PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge).
