Celebrate Valentine's Day in a unique way with your partner, a friend or come on your own & meet a new friend to learn the basics of partner yoga and Thai Yoga Massage, stretches you can perform with a partner. A Thai yoga session involves a series of rhythmic compressions using the feet, palms, elbows, and fingers. You will leave with a simple sequence you can practice at home!
