The meet is hosted by Kettering City Swim Team and held under the sanctioned of USA Swimming, Inc. and Ohio Swimming, Inc. Age as of the first day of the Meet Friday, January 11, 2013 will determine eligibility for age group events. Current USA Swimming registration 's must accompany each entry. Entry fees are $4.00 per event for individual events, $7.00 per event for relays. Deck entries fees are $5.00 per individual event and $7.00 per relays event. Surcharge Ohio Travel/Meet Location Funds is $2.00 per swimmer. Completed entry forms must be received by the Entry Chairman no later than 10 PM, Monday, January 02, 2013. Events will be awarded 1st through 16th place according to times. Medals will be given for 1st through 8th place and place ribbons for 7th through 16th place, for age groups 14 and under. Relays will be awarded 1st through 3rd place medals. Heat winner ribbons will be given for all 12 and under events. 13-14 swimmers will be swimming in many 13-Open events. These events will be awarded as 13-14 and Open, with each Age Group receiving awards. The 500 & 1650 Freestyle will be scored as 11-12, 13-14, and Open.
