OverviewWorkplace communication is essential to running an efficient business. One of the most important communication lines is between management and their reporting employees. Join us with guest speaker T.D. Hughes, Chairman of the board and former CEO of LaRosa’s Inc. Participants will use a "directional compass" approach to think deeper about four different types of work styles. The simple exercise, which follows a question-and-answer format, creates a more thorough understanding of the various work styles. It also demonstrates the value of having multiple approaches within the organization, and imparts a deeper sense of unity and teamwork. This session is brought to you compliments of Aileron, a regional resource partner for entrepreneurs, dedicated to helping private businesses employ disciplined approaches to raise the overall effectiveness of their organizations. Box Lunch Request (optional)All attendees have the option of purchasing a box lunch for a $9 fee. The lunch includes a whole sandwich (turkey, ham, chicken, or roast beef), chips, a cookie, and a beverage. **vegetarian options available upon request.
