Rev up your metabolism during the first week by joining us for class Monday through Friday.  Then for the remaining three weeks, class will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. This is a results-oriented, challenging, push-you-to-your-limits, metabolism-kicking class designed for the beginner to intermediate fitness level.  We will incorporate circuit training, strength, cardio, weights, plyometrics, abs, resistance bands, interval training and more.  Previous class members have achieved results, such as inches lost from their waist, dropped a dress size and overall body toning improvement.
