Join the Lunch Bunch as we cover topics from label reading to eating out to exercise. You will learn about nutrition, weight-in (optional), and be supported in your healthy eating goals. Through weekly meetings and peer support you can make healthy eating a healthy habit for life. Open to all employees, PT & FT, as well as spouses/SSDP. Feel free to bring your lunch!
