Learn to turn your daily experience into "little stories of place" with esteemed Ohio artist, author and NPR commentator Julie Zickefoose in a two-day multimedia creativity workshop. Learn Julie's strategies for translating poignant moments of place on your patio or along the trail into prose suitable for sharing. Participants will be invited to audio record brief sentiments for an upcoming Glen Helen audio series with Julie as a guest host, or to read work at the annual member's meeting immediately following workshop. Visual artists are also welcome. Registration includes two-day workshop, Glen Helen Association membership, plus opportunities for publishing.
