Hamilton, Ohio -- Keith Ingham has had an impressive career working with some of the world's finest jazz musicians. Nancy Nelson began singing jazz professionally at age 17. Join us at the Fitton Center for Creative Arts as both jazz musicians perform a fun mix of jazz, including Gershwin Classics on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 8:00 p.m.
Originally from London, Keith settled in New York where he had the opportunity to play with Benny Goodman and the World's Greatest Jazz Band, and became the musical director and pianist for Susannah McCorkle. His classic jazz arrangements are true to the spirit of the original tunes, but always interpreted with a fresh slant.
Nancy Nelson is a remarkable singer with a voice that has been dubbed "spun pure silk." Nancy has performed with Gene Krupa, Teddy Wilson, Bobby Hackett, Eddie Condon, and many other jazz giants.
