"Simplicity is Bliss", is by social worker and artist Tara Fisher whose exhibit bends around the concept that people need encouragement and to be reminded of hope. Her illustrations feed into the thought that sometimes we, as people, just need something simplistic to bring back bliss. The portraits in Lara Thurston's "State of Mind: Abstracted" are an exploration of distortion of the human body, in an effort to marry reality with what the artist presents as a more pure, synthetic existence takes an abstract view of the human brain.
Make-It, Take-It will include opportunities for Cheese making with Artistry Farm, Still life drawing with Marjorie Bowers, Basket making with Jeanne Sipahigil , and Clay pendants with Sondra Karipides
