This is a moderately intense and extremely effective Group Personal Training class that will help you to improve your flexibility, stamina, circulation, and coordination. Crosstraining supports whole-body functioning as well strength and endurance. Turns your flab in to muscle and strengthens muscles you never knew you had! If you have lost your motivation, then this is for you! It is the perfect complement to your regular dance, running, or strength training program. Beginners are welcome, as are advanced. You work at your level! Completely addicting... Only $2 per 30 minute class for members and $8 for non-members. Non-members must register with a staff member before participating, no sign-up is required.
