Peruvian Geographer, Ricardo Bohl shares his knowledge about quinoa -a precious and well-known Andean staple food, and worldwide increasingly demanded product. Besides some classic information about its characteristics, properties and history, he will discuss its importance for economical and social development. He will also impress us with some traditional and modern recipes.
