Back by popular demand! Get set for Valentine’s Day by making handmade ganache truffles under the guidance of pastry chef Charlie Musso. While the truffles set, students will create decorative paper packaging for their chocolates. Each participant will receive a complimentary glass of champagne and take home a gift box filled with approximately one dozen truffles.
